Kind Signore/a, We wish inform you that the Italian D.lgs n. 196 of the 30 june 2003 ("Code in matter of protection of the personal data") it previews the protection of the persons and other subjects regarding the treatment of the personal data.
According to the indicated norm, such treatment will be imprinted to the principles of correctness, transparency and of protection of Its confidentiality and Its rights. According to dell' article 13 of the Italian D.lgs n.196/2003, therefore, we supply Them the following information:
1. e) of the subjects or the categories of subjects to which the personal data can be communicated or that they can come some to acquaintance in quality of representative designated in the territory of the State, of responsibles or people in charge. 3. L' interested it has straight to obtain: a) l' modernization, the rectification that is, when it has interest to you, l' integration of the data;
b) the cancellation, the transformation in anonymous form or the block of the data dealt in law violation, those comprised of which are not necessary the conservation in relation to the scopes for which the data have been collected or successively dealt;
c) l' attestation that the operations of which to the letters a) and b) have been capacities to acquaintance, also regarding their content, of those people to which the data have been communicated or diffuse, eccettuato the case in which such implementation it is revealed impossible or it involved a means employment manifestly sproporzionato regarding the protected right.
4.
